This paper will focus on the inclusion of students with Spinal Cord Injuries (SCI) within or surrounding the Rochester area. Inclusion has been around for approximately thirty years however, there are few reports showing its effectiveness to students with SCI. Inclusion is required by New York State and it gives students with SCI or other disabilities the same opportunities as their able bodied peers. Gaining knowledge about how valuable inclusion is to students with SCI can change or modify teaching techniques. This study will provide a better understanding from a studentís perspective on inclusion in Physical Education classes.
