Scholars Day 2007, Wednesday, April 11

Attitude toward Hillary Clinton

Senator Hillary Clinton has generated political passion since 1992 and is a viable 2008 Presidential candidate. An attitude toward Hillary Clinton scale was created and administered to 125 undergraduates. The scale possessed excellent internal and alternate form reliability. Validity was strongly confirmed in four criterion validity appraisals. The more respondents favored Hillary Clinton on the scale, the more they supported her compared to other politicians, the greater their job approval of her, the stronger their intent to vote for her, and the more they agreed with a statement if they thought she was its author.
