Model of a SEPSIS Patient Medical Record Database

Sepsis is a severe illness caused by overwhelming infection of the bloodstream by toxin-producing bacteria. A patient database to track patient vitals, health, treatment, and outcomes could be integral to overall patient wellness. This database model is an expandable framework using independent modules to aid doctors in saving lives.
