Runaway and Homeless Youth

Runaway and homeless youth is a concerning issue because the preexisting factors of runaway and homeless youth are all preventable and it is disturbingly common within our society. Also, there are many ways in which the Runaway and Homeless Youth Act can be updated to best fulfill the needs within our society today. With a need for more intervention, youth are continuously facing tragic consequences and feel they have no support systems within their lives, which again are preventable. It is not only the youth that are in need of guidance, but the entire family, and until we can make applicable programs there will be no final resolution.
