This study examined the influence that selected fitness center features had on survey participantsí decisions to join Bally Total Fitness in Greece, New York. Through the use of a Likert scale the researcher examined 30 features and amenities present at the Greece, New York club to determine which had the most influence on participantsí decisions to join. The subjects were current Bally members at the club in Greece, New York. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the results and create visual representations of the findings.
