Hunyak Chili

Born to Hungarian parents and raised in rural New York, Albert Sabo was an eccentric impoverished in money but not in spirit, obsessed with guns, the American West, and good food. Three years after his death, his grandson prepares a special recipe for chili con carne designed to replicate his grandfather's bizarre personality on the dinner table, and to stimulate his own fading memories of a singular man.
