Population Dynamics and the Ecology of Botfly Parasitism in White-footed Mice (Peromyscus leucopus)

The presenter analyzed trapping data collected over a 16-year period in the Brockport Woods, Brockport, NY. She investigated the relationship between white-footed mouse population density and rate of botfly infection. She also examined whether there was a correlation between botfly abundance, botfly infection rate, and weather conditions. Lastly, she looked at the relationship between population cycling and sex ratio variation.
