In this project the presenter gathered and processed images of astronomical objects. Imaged objects include the moon, planets, and nebulae. The images were obtained using the observatory at Redman Road, a CCD camera specifically made for astrophotography, and digital image processing software. Operation of the camera is also discussed, including the electronics and the Physics. The results are quality images, and a functional apparatus (telescope, camera, and software).
