This presentation will discuss the experience of a social work student interning at a macro-level field placement and how it differs from a typical social work field placement, which often is centrally focused around a client. The presentation will also delve into the speaker's sentiments regarding interning in an agency that is focused around reducing violent crime in the Rochester community.
