David Eisenstein, grandfather of the presenter, fought against the Germans with the Russian Red Army during World War II. Shortly after the war started he was captured and sent to Auschwitz were he spent three years before being liberated. This is the short story of those years before, during, and after David Eisenstein's time in Auschwitz.
