Despite twenty years of research in the area of sexual assault prevention 1 in 4 women during their college years will be impacted by sexual assault. This presentation entails a review of the literature on sexual assault on college campuses focusing primarily on identifying key components of rape culture and determining from the literature best practices for changing the campus culture. Audience members will have the opportunity to test their own perceptions and attitudes pertaining to sexual assault.
