This presentation discusses the choreographic process as a long road with many bumps and detours but well worth the journey from inspiration to fruition. The presenter discusses situations that arise when the inspiration for movement research is a subject not studied at this school or by the people involved. The presenter also shares a brief history of Flamenco culture, movement demonstrations, and a new choreographic work performed by six women from the Department of Dance.
