Violence against women is a growing epidemic. It is becoming a global problem, and it is important that people do not shy away from this reality. The Vagina Monologues is brutally honest and in your face with real issues facing women today. This presentation is a PSA to raise awareness about violence that goes on in women's lives every day. Eve Ensler's V-Day: Violence Against Women movement is known by millions and touches the lives of those who are connected with it. Through the use of effective PR, the V-Day movement is able to reach its audiences and captivate them, changing their perspectives of global female violence. This presentation shows how quality PR and a powerful script can unite people and become a vehicle for activism associated with the V-Day movement.
