It is a well-researched fact that college students these days are not getting enough sleep. This can lead to not attending class and poorer grades. So what are the reasons behind so many college students losing their precious sleep? In this presentation an investigation will highlight possible “other” correlated behaviors in college undergraduate students that lead to a lack of sleep. Recommendations will also be provided on how to get some quality sleep.
