Through discussion, powerpoints and videos the panel of Brockport students and their supervising faculty will share their experiences abroad. Their presentations will include information about the people of Ghana, the tension between Christianity and traditional belief systems, modernity and tradition in Africa, dance, music, everyday encounters and experiences. It will document and underline how teaching occurs anywhere where learning takes place; and that this sometimes occurs in a vivid and overwhelming manner outiside classrooms.
