MIlestones in American Marriage Laws

The Supreme Court declared anti-miscegenation laws unconstitutional in 1967 setting the precedent for the Court to rule on future marriage laws. This presentation looks at the Supreme Court's decision in the 2013 cases regarding same-sex marriage and how the Constitution of the United States is capable of protecting the rights of its citizens.
