The Myth of "Little Round Top" (Civil War Participation of the 140th NY Volunteer Infantry Regiment)

This presentation provides information that supports that Col. Patrick O'Rorke, and the men of the 140th New York Volunteer Infantry Regiment (Monroe County), were every bit as heroic as Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain's 20th Maine and more important to saving Little Round Top in the Union victory at the Battle of Gettysburg, July 1-3, 1863. And, that Col.Patrick O'Rorke should be awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor just as Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain received.

Please note that presentation times are approximate. If you are interested in attending sessions with multiple presentations, please be in the room at the start of the session.
