Since 1998, The College at Brockport has awarded thousands of scholarships through the Extraordinary Academic Scholarship Program to high achieving students. These generous scholarships have provided financial support during a time when the cost of attending college continues to escalate.
The generosity and support from all sectors of our community — alumni, corporations and foundations, emeriti, faculty, families of students, and staff — has continued The College at Brockport’s long tradition of providing a high-quality education. These private gifts continue to provide financial assistance to a scholarship program of this magnitude.
Today, the Extraordinary Academic Scholarship Program continues to grant scholarships to our entering freshman and awarded more than $2.0 million in 2013-2014 to extraordinary students for excellence in the classroom.
The College will automatically award Extraordinary Scholarships as students (including international students) are accepted for fall admission. No separate application or essay is required.
All we need is a completed Undergraduate Admissions Application to The College at Brockport.
Candidates must be first-time freshmen students entering from high school and meet the high school average, class rank and SAT or ACT requirements to qualify. To see if you qualify for one of the Extraordinary Academic Scholarships, please click on the information below.
RenewalThese awards are renewable for students who attend full time (30 credits per year), maintain a 3.25 institutional GPA at the end of each spring semester and live on campus in one of our residence halls. Freshmen students may receive up to four years of the scholarship.
