This all-in-one card is your golden access to everything at The College at Brockport. Besides your official university identification, you'll use it as your meal card, library card, for access to residence halls, in vending machines (including those at the MetroCenter), at the College Bookstore, to attend sporting events, and much, much more.
All students are required to have an Eagle One card. The cards are free (there is a $25 replacement fee) and are available from the BASC Business Office, Brockway Hall, 8 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday. (Closed on Monday, January 18, 2016).
You must show your ID card whenever you enter the MetroCenter. If you have any questions, please contact The College at Brockport MetroCenter at (585) 395-8000. A College at Brockport ID card may also be obtained at The College at Brockport MetroCenter in downtown Rochester.
During WinterSession '16, Drake Memorial Library Computer Labs are open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm. Drake is home to a large number of PCs and Macs for student use. The Dailey Hall Computer Lab is one of the College's largest labs, and is also open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm during WinterSession. Students have access to many of the software applications they need 24 hours a day using Brockport’s virtual lab.
Walk-up computers (PCs & Macs) are located on the third floor and in the library on the first floor.

Registered students have access to email, server storage, software downloads, library databases, and our learning management system (Blackboard). The IT Help Desk provides 24 hour technology support to the faculty, staff, and students of the College. They can help you with software issues, virus removal, password resets, email configuration, and more. Brockway Dining Hall will be open from January 4-15 weekdays for lunch (11 am–1 pm) and dinner (5–6:30 pm). While menu variety will not be as extensive as during the semester, the all-you-care-to-eat meal is still a great overall value!
Jitterbugs Café will also be open weekdays from 8 am–1 pm offering its regular daily menu.

A parking permit is required during WinterSession '16. You may download the Vehicle Registration Form and send in the completed form with payment or stop in to the Raye H. Conrad Welcome Center. The cost is $22.60. If your order is received after December 16, you will need to pick up your permit at the Conrad Welcome Center. Offices are closed December 20, 2015 - January 3, 2016. Permits will not be required when office is closed. Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 permits are valid during WinterSession. Day permits may be purchased at the pay station located in lot V (near SERC). Display your receipt and park in any lot during WinterSession, except L, near Undergraduate Admissions.

Eagle Run Shuttle
Eagle Run shuttle services are not available during WinterSession.
The Office of Accountability and Assessment currently offers proctoring services by appointment for students taking online college courses either through Brockport or other colleges. Arrangements can be made between the Office and other institutions for students to come in to complete scheduled exams. The Office will verify identification, monitor the exam, and forward exam material as required by the distance institution.

Please call (585) 395-2293 to schedule an appointment. Tutors for specific courses will work by appointment or will have set weekly hours. These hours will be posted on the Student Learning Center website. To request a tutor, please stop in, call, or visit our website.
The Student Learning Center (SLC) will offer a remote, synchronous (real time) writing tutoring program in order to support Brockport students taking an online or MetroCenter course who are not able to travel to the Brockport campus. Please contact our office for more information.
