This all-in-one is your golden access to everything at The College at Brockport. Besides being your official university identification, you'll use it as your meal card, library card, for access to residence halls, for vending maching purchases (including those at the MetroCenter), to buy books, to attend sporting events, and much, much more.

All students are required to have an Eagle One card. The cards are free (there is a $25 replacement fee) and are available from the BASC Business Office, Brockway Hall, 8 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday. Closed on Monday, January 21, 2013.

A College at Brockport ID card may also be obtained at The College at Brockport MetroCenter in downtown Rochester. You must show your ID card whenever you enter the MetroCenter. If you have any questions, please contact The College at Brockport MetroCenter at (585) 395-8000.

Computer Labs

During WinterSession '13, Drake Memorial Library Computer Labs are open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm. Drake is home to a large number of PCs and Macs for student use. The Dailey Hall Computer Lab is one of the College's largest labs, and is also open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm during WinterSession. Students have access to many of the software applications they need 24 hours a day using Brockport’s virtual lab at https://software.brockport.edu.

The Office for Students with Disabilities supports and assists students with documented medical, physical, emotional or learning disabilities, including those experiencing challenges with their academic program, or with adjustment to the campus environment. Regular Library hours begin Sunday, January 27, 2013. Library doors are locked 15 minutes prior to closing. Patrons must vacate the building at closing time.

Register your Vehicle
A parking permit is required during WinterSession '13. You may download the Vehicle Registration Form and send in the completed form with payment or stop in to the Raye H. Conrad Welcome Center. The cost is $21.35.  If your order is received after December 11, you will need to pick up your permit at the Conrad Welcome Center. Offices are closed December 17, 2012 - January 1, 2013. Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 permits are valid during WinterSession.

Rideshare
A free online ridesharing tool is available to help match riders with drivers in your area. Simply register online and then search the database for potential riders/drivers traveling to the same location (MetroCenter or main campus). After a ridesharing relationship is formed, consider applying for a Carpool Permit (CP), allowing access to premium parking spaces on the main campus.

Hertz on Demand
Rent one of the two Hertz vehicles on campus! Rates start as low as $8 per hour or $62 per day. This service is available to those 18 years and older. Apply to become a Hertz on Demand member today. Membership is free.

Motorist Assistance Program (MAP)
If you are in need of a jumpstart, lockout services, tire inflation, or gas transportation (if you run out of gas, we will transport you to the nearest gas station with our gas can so that you can fill up), call 395-PARK during office hours for free on-campus assistance. Office hours during WinterSession '13 are 7:45 am – 4 pm, Monday - Friday.

WinterSession '13 Tutoring
The Student Learning Center (SLC) will offer tutoring services during WinterSession '13, January 2 through January 18. Writing tutors will be available daily. Tutors for specific courses will work by appointment or will have set weekly hours. These hours will be posted on our website. To request a tutor, please stop in, call, or visit our website.

Remote Writing Tutoring Program     
The Student Learning Center (SLC) will offer a remote, synchronous (real time) writing tutoring program in order to support students taking courses through the MetroCenter who are not able to travel to the Brockport campus. Please contact our office for more information.
