The
TRIO Student Support Services Program (SSSP), located in Room C7 and
C5 of Cooper Hall on the SUNY Brockport campus, is funded by
the U.S. Department of Education through the Research
Foundation of SUNY. Its purpose is to increase the opportunity
for success among college students who qualify for participation. The
program assists students in completing a college degree with the highest
GPA possible by providing academic advisement, one-to-one tutoring,
personal and career counseling, and by offering free access to campus
social and cultural events.
Students accepted for enrollment at SUNY Brockport are eligible to participate in SSSP if they are not participating in the Educational Opportunity Program and meet one or more of the following criteria:
