Summer 2009 Moratorium

In order to ensure that our students are provided telephone service in a timely manner at the beginning of the semester, a moratorium on administrative work orders will be in effect from July 20th, 2009 through September 11th 2009. During this time, residence hall work will take priority.

All other repairs will be handled on a priority basis as normal.

Work order requests (other than repairs) submitted during the moratorium timeframe will be completed only as time allows and will not be guaranteed the normal service objective timeframes for completion.

Any work order requests including adds, moves and changes must be received via the web no later than Friday, July 17th to be guaranteed completion of the request within the normal service objective timeframes.

Requests for service shall be processed using the on-line forms at www.brockport.edu/telecom. Questions regarding the forms or telephone services can be answered at x-5151, option 2.
