Customers are responsible for properly securing their PBN's at all times.
A hold may be put on your record for reasons including non-payment.
Anytime your receive a "Bursar Hold"; your PBN will be disconnected.
In order to reactivate it, please make the required payment to the Office of Telecommunications and have the hold removed.
New and Returning students who would like a PBN to make
international calls should use our online form. Be prepared
to enter your Banner ID number, your email address, your date of birth,
dorm name, room number and the last 4 digits of your campus phone number.
Your request should be completed within four business after we receive it.
You will receive your PBN via e-mail after your request has been completed.
Returning students no longer need PBN's to make off-campus local and long distance calls. All returning students who would like to make international calls should also fill out our online PBN application form. Students should note that if they perviously had a PBN. It has been disconnected.
