The call for Administration and Finance process improvement proposals are now being accepted. The number of projects selected will vary depending on the number submitted and the depth of each submission.

Project selections will be based on the following:

Current Situation (clearly state the current situation and all issues and/or recommendations related to the situation that will be addressed in the project framework)

Background Information(please include the situation’s history, stakeholders -people who are impacted by the situation-, important dates and deadlines, challenges faced, similar projects performed)

Project Expectation (first, clearly explain how this project integrates with either the department’s stated mission or objectives; or how it complies with the College’s Accountability Matrix. Secondly, state what the desired outcome would be if this project were chosen.)

Resources (provide a list of recommended personnel that should be included as key resources for the project and what expertise they offer to the project)

Time Requirements (provide any milestone dates that are required to be met, if this project were to be approved, including an estimated date of when project completion needs to take place – goal is to have all projects completed by June 30, 2008)
