International IBN Application Form


Work orders are usually completed within four business hours after request receipt.


An International Billing Number is required to make international telephone calls from campus. The charges made to your "International IBN" will be included in your monthly company bills.


Terms and Conditions:

  1. There is no charge for the initial activation of an IBN.
  2. No complaints for bill discrepancies will be accepted after the telephone bill due date.
  3. No service (telephone or otherwise) is to be billed to campus telephones. This restriction includes, but is not limited to Collect, Third party, and 10-10-XXXX calls.
  4. Personal Billing Numbers are private and are not to be shared without authorization. Unauthorized usage of anIBN is a criminal offense. It is highly recommended that one person within your company be responsible for the discretionary distribution of this code.

  3. Sign in the designated area.
  4. Send to the Office of Telecommunications, 106B Allen Administration.
