Work orders are usually completed within four business hours after request receipt.

A Internation Billing Number is required for any outside wishing to make International telephone calls from campus. The charges made to your "International IBN" will be included in your monthly company billings.

Terms and Conditions:

There is no charge for the initial activation of a IBN.
No complaints for bill discrepancies will be accepted after the telephone bill due date.
No service (telephone or otherwise) is to be billed to campus telephones. This restrictions includes, but is not limited to Collect, Third party, and 10-10-XXXX calls.
Personal Billing Numbers are private and not to be shared without authorization. Unauthorized usage of a IBN is a criminal offense. It is highly recommended that one person within each department be responsible for the discretionary distribution of this code.
