Telephone/Telephone Line Repair Form

Telephone and Telephone line repairs will be completed within 24 business hours of the request receipt.

No charge unless you submit a repair request and the problem turns out to be that your equipment is not set up properly (i.e. - cable plugged into jack, power supply plugged into a working outlet or power strip). This charge will be $58/hour.

Hours of Operation 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
Summer/Winter break hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
