The cost to install a phone line with a jack already available is $144.
The cost to install a phone line requiring cable and a jack is $315.

Call ForwardThis feature will allow you to forward all of your calls to another extension on campus. This feature can not be used if you are in an ACD Queue. Message WaitingIf you have a phone with a red LED message light, you need this feature for it to light up. Otherwise, you will receive stuttered dial-tone when you have a message
TransferThis feature allows you to transfer a call to another extension on campus. Call Pick UpThis feature will allow you to answer any line that is ringing in your pick-up group. For more information on pick-up groups, please call the Office of Telecommunications at x5151 option 2.
