Add Reporting and Real Time Display to ACD Queue

ACD queue programming requests are usually completed within seven to ten business days. All programming on ACD queues takes place outside of normal business hours. This change will affect all of the phones in the queue including the supervisor set.

The cost to add reporting and real time display to ACD Queue is $45. There is also a monthly maintenance fee of $2.25.
