Phantom Lines w / Mailboxes Form

Work orders are usually completed within seven business days after request receipt, 8 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

These are phantom lines that when dialed go directly to voice mailboxes. They do not ring on any phone or leave any form of message waiting indication. They can be called from on campus (by dailing the last 4 digits only) or from off campus (by dailing 395- and your number). These mailboxes can be accessed from anywhere by dailing 5000 (395-5000 from off campus) and then entering your mailbox number and password. Auxiliary voice mailboxes are frequently used by adjunct faculty members.

The cost of a Phantom line is $21.
