**** SPECIAL NOTICE ****
In order to ensure that our students are provided telephone service in a timely manner at the beginning of the semester, a moratorium on administrative work orders will be in effect from July 18th , 2008 through September 12th 2008. During this time residence hall work will be a priority.
All other repairs will be handled on a priority basis as normal.
Work order requests (other than repairs) submitted during the moratorium timeframe will be completed only as time allows and will not be guaranteed the normal service objective timeframes for completion.
Any work order requests including adds, moves and changes must be received via the web no later than Friday, July 18th to be guaranteed completion of the request within the normal service objective timeframes.
Requests for service shall be processed using our on-line forms. Questions regarding the forms or telephone services can be answered at : x-5151, option 2.

Attention Students:
Telephones have now been installed in each residence hall and townhome bedroom. We also offer on-campus, local, and long-distance calling to on-campus students. Please see our FAQ section for more information on other telephone features.
