Do you have No Dial Tone?
Check This... Solution
  1. Is the phone line cord plugged securely into both the wall and the phone?
  2. Is the phone line cord damaged or cut?
  3. Is the phone line cord plugged into the data jack?
  4. Is the handset cord(curly cord) securely plugged into the handset?
  1. If not, plug both ends in securely. You should hear and feel a click or snap as the cord is inserted into the outlet.
  2. If yes, you will need to replace the phone line cord. These can be purchased on our website.
  3. If yes, unplug it from the data jack and plug it into the voice jack.
  4. If no, push the handset cord into both the handset and phone.
Do you hear Line Noise or Static?
Check This... Solution
  1. Is the phone line cord plugged securely into both the wall and phone?
  2. Is the phone line cord damaged or cut?
  1. If not, plug both ends in securely. You should hear and feel a click or snap as the cord is inserted into the outlet.
  2. If yes, you will need to replace the phone line cord. These can be purchased on our website.
PBN Does Not Work
Check This... Solution
  1. Has your PBN been activated?
  2. Did you press the wrong key?
  3. Has your last bill been paid?
  1. Click here for information on activating your PBN
  2. Try entering your PBN again.
  3. If not, you will need to pay your bill to be reconnected.
Did your Caller ID or message waiting light stop working?
Check This... Solution
  1. If you have an analog phone - is the power supply plugged into your phone and into a working jack?


  2. If you have a digital phone - is the phone cord plugged securely into both the wall and the phone?
  1. If not, plug both ends in securely.
  2. If yes, you will need to order a new phone. These can be purchased on our website.
  1. If no, please plug both ends in securely.
  2. If yes, unplug the cord from the phone, count to 10 and plug it back in.
Fax machine not working?
Check This... Solution
  1. Is the phone line plugged into the fax machine and the correct wall jack?
  1. If not, plug both ends in securely.
  2. If yes, unplug the phone line and turn off fax machine. Count to 10 and then plug the phone line back into the fax machine and turn the power on.
