Title IX Grievance Procedures
Sexual assault is a prevalent issue on college campuses. Studies suggest that “at least 1 in 4 college women will be the victim of a sexual assault during her academic career”. The most disturbing fact regarding this statistic however is the unknown. Many sexual assaults that occur on college campuses go unreported. Unfortunately, The College at Brockport is not immune to this alarming trend. How we respond and support victims of sexual assault is integral to the success of the student.
