Pay periods are for two weeks.  Refer to the Student Payroll Calendar. This is revised annually, click here to view or use the format below changing the year to see any calendar- http://www.brockport.edu/career01/calendar0809.htm.

Print this payroll calendar.  Look over the starting and ending dates, the dates timesheets are due, and the paydays for each period.  Note that some dates may be altered due to holidays, or other circumstances.

We want you to use this calendar.  As you finish each pay period, write on the calendar (next to that pay period) how many hours were reported on that timesheet.  When you get the paycheck, write on the calendar (again next to the pay period) the amount of the gross pay.   If you do this, you will always have an accurate record that you are being paid properly, and how much you are earning.

This is particularly important for Work-Study students since you have a Work-Study award amount.  The Work-Study program will not pay you for hours worked above your award amount, so use this calendar to track your earnings and warn your supervisor when you are about to earn your entire award amount.
