Welcome Week Assistant Duties include welcoming new students to Brockport, assisting with event set-ups, and facilitating programs.

Homecoming Chair

As Homecoming Chair, you facilitate collaborative meetings between faculty, staff and students across campus. Chair oversees Homecoming components such as committee and events.

Family Weekend Chair

Duties as Family Weekend Chair include overseeing the registration process and the development and implementation of events during Family Weekend.

Senior Week Chair

As Senior Week Chair, responsibilities include development and implementation of events for seniors, overseeing Senior Week Committee and collaborating with other College departments such as Alumni Relations.

Office Assistant

Duties include answering phones, filing, making copies, running errands, assisting people, and other jobs as needed. Hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday.

Information Desk Assistant

Duties include answering phones, selling newspapers, giving out campus information, and helping people as needed. Hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 7 pm, and Saturday – Sunday, noon – 7 pm.

Programming/Marketing Assistants

Duties include planning, implementing and marketing programs and events such as Thursdays in the U, utilizing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other mediums.

Duties include setting up rooms in the Union for events and activities, providing technical support to events and activities. Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Union Manager

Duties include managing the Seymour College Union on nights and weekends, conducting room set-ups and supervising student staff. Four positions available. Applications can be found on myBrockport under the documents tab.

Assistant Union Manager

Duties include supporting the Union Manager team in the management of the Seymour College Union. Provide direction and support to either Inventory and Operations or Programming for the Seymour College Union. Two positions available.
