Faculty, staff and outside vendors looking to reserve space in the Seymour College Union, please email or fax your space reservation to Student Union and Activities.
Event planners looking to use space in the Seymour College Union are required to fill out and turn in a Room Reservation Form (PDF) to Student Union and Activities - Reservations, located in Room 203 Seymour College Union, a minimum of 14 days in advance of the proposed event.

Once your reservation has been received, Student Union and Activities will respond with the availability of your requested space within 6 business days. Please note that response time may be shorter or longer than 6 business days depending on the details of your reservation or the confirmation of other reservations received prior to yours for the same space.
