Event and Room Reservations Process for the Union

Student's looking to reserve space in the Seymour College Union or any other Campus space must complete the event form located on myBrockport.

Faculty, staff and outside vendors looking to reserve space in the Seymour College Union, please email or fax your space reservation to Student Union & Activities.

Event planners, looking to use space in the Seymour College Union, are required to fill out and turn in a Room Reservation Form (PDF) to Student Union & Activities - Reservations, located in Room 203 Seymour College Union, a minimum of 14 days in advance of the proposed event.

It requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is available for free. If you're unable to view the form, please contact Student Union & Activities - Reservations at (585) 395-5646 to obtain a copy of the form or to make other arrangements.

Once your reservation has been received, Student Union & Activities will respond with the availability of your requested space within 6 business days. Please note, that response time may be shorter or longer than 6 business days depending on the details of your reservation or the confirmation of other reservations received prior to yours for the same space.
