Study and learn, polish your skills, see the behind-the-scenes action of Washington. Test yourself in the real world, enhance your resume, and have fun doing it.

The SUNY Brockport Washington Program

Spend fall or spring semester in Washington, D.C., intern full-time, take a public policy course, complete a research project, and earn 12-16 credit hours at your home school.

The SUNY Brockport Summer Internship Program

Live in Washington for eight weeks, intern full-time, take a night course, and earn 6 credit hours at your home school. Open to all majors.

SUNY Seminars in Washington (January Intersession Courses)

Take an intensive two-week political science or public policy seminar in Washington, participate in field trips and special briefings, and earn 3 credit hours at SUNY Brockport.

Job, Career, and Law/Graduate School Advice and Counseling

Participants in all programs are encouraged to use the resources of the WSP office and SUNY experts to obtain information about jobs and professional schools.
