Returning Students
Resident Students
Returning students may check into residence halls Saturday, January 23 or Sunday, January 24. Returning students who wish to live on campus may contact the Office of Residential Life/Learning Communities (temporarily located in Seymour Union) at (585) 395-2108 or view the information. Housing for the spring semester is on an “as available” basis. Housing is available for spring 2010.
Luggage shipped ahead to the campus may be picked up at the Receiving Office in Chapman Service Center (Building 35 on campus map) Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm. (See special weekend hours for Welcome Weekend.) You must provide appropriate identification to pick up your luggage.
Off-campus/Commuter Students
Meal plans are available for off-campus students, allowing you to eat some or all of your meals in the dining halls, TRAX, Aerie Café, Hartwell Café, Courtside, Jitterbugs Café, or at Union Square Food Court. Cash, credit cards and Easy Money also are accepted at all dining service locations. Union Square, in the Seymour College Union, opens at 7:30 am weekdays for those who want breakfast or just a quick cup of coffee.
Meal Plans/ID Cards
All returning students with a pre-paid meal plan who have their Eagle One ID Card may eat in the dining halls upon returning to campus. If a replacement Eagle One ID Card is needed, the cost is $25. If your card has been damaged, bring it with you to the BASC Business Office (Brockway Hall) and we will replace it.Returning students who have not signed up for a meal plan may sign up online or visit the BASC Business Office (Brockway Hall) to purchase one. Only one change in your meal plan may be made until Friday, February 12, 2010. After that date, no changes may be made. Cash, Easy Money and credit cards are accepted at all dining services locations.
