Returning Students
Resident Students
On-campus students should know that for Welcome Weekend, traffic on Residence Drive is restricted to one way. Please check the campus map to find suggested routes to the different halls. Returning students moving into the residence halls can utilize any parking lots Sat., Aug. 23 – Sun., Aug. 24. Please help us keep traffic flowing by moving your vehicle once it is unloaded.
Luggage shipped ahead to the campus may be picked up at the Receiving Office in Chapman Service Center, (Building 35 on campus map), Mon. – Fri., 8 am – 4:30 pm. (See special weekend hours for Welcome Weekend.) Naturally, you must provide appropriate identification.
Off-campus/Commuter Students
Meal plans are available for off-campus students, allowing you to eat some or all of your meals in the dining halls, TRAX, Aerie Café, Hartwell Café, Courtside, Tuttle Health Court, Jitterbugs Café, or at Union Square Food Court. Cash, credit cards and Easy Money are also accepted at all dining service locations. Union Square, in the Seymour College Union, opens at 7:30 am weekdays for those who want breakfast or just a quick cup of coffee. Join us for a Welcome Back picnic Sat., Aug. 23 from 4:30 – 6:30 pm at the lawn outside Hartwell Hall.
