Tape Order Information

Guidelines for Borrowing Writers Forum Videotapes

The Writers forum is pleased that you are interested in its Videotape Library. Videotapes are loaned for a seven-day viewing period for educational, non-profit use by recognized educational and literary institutions or legitimate scholars. The customary maximum number of tapes that may be borrowed at any one time is two and any individual or institution wishing to borrow more must first obtain authorization from the Co-Directors of the Writers Forum, Dr. Ralph Black, and Dr. Anne Panning.

Tapes are not available for copying.

All tapes are 1/2 inch VHS and there may be a small duplication and handling fee. In special instances the fee may be waived by the permission of the Forum Director. All checks or money orders should be made out to: SUNY Brockport Writers Forum.

Each time a tape is borrowed a SUNY Brockport Videotape Use Agreement must be signed, and submitted to the Writers Forum with the appropriate use fee.

Please enclose the tape in a padded envelope to ensure safety. The original shipping envelope is appropriate for this purpose.
