Women and Gender StudiesThe Women and Gender Studies Program does not offer a Master of
Art Degree in Women and Gender Studies.
Graduate work in Women and Gender Studies can be undertaken
through the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies (MALS) degree. Utilizing
the Liberal Studies Because Women and Gender Studies courses are cross-listed with their home departments, students have considerable flexibility in their course selection. Students may also focus attention on a particular aspect of Women and Studies by independent study at two levels (WMS 599 and WMS 699). Graduate courses in Women and Gender Studies may also be taken, under advisement, as electives in other Master of Arts program.
