The Office of Academic Advisement coordinates the College's faculty-based advisement system, provides students with information and advice concerning academic policies and procedures, evaluates transcripts from other institutions to determine Brockport credit, conducts the College's probation and dismissal program, oversees the College's Leave of Absence program, coordinates the Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS), coordinates all advisement and registration programs for new students, and provides information and advice concerning academic eligibility for financial aid.

Academic Advisement now oversees
the Leave of Absence process.
