First Year Student Resources and Information

Dear New Student,

Welcome to the First-year Experience program! We are pleased you chose Brockport as your college and hope that your years here are fulfilling, enjoyable, and inspiring. The first year in any new environment is both amazing and challenging. Utilize this site to help guide you through.

ATTENTION ENROLLING FIRST YEAR STUDENTS:

Check the following links to help you get started!

Brockport Bound

We know that there are a lot of deadlines to meet and information for you to review before you start classes this fall. Brockport Bound is your resource for all the things you need to do before you get here. Throughout the summer, you will receive mailings from on-campus offices, so keep an eye on your mailbox and Brockport e-mail account.

To set up and access your Brockport e-mail account, visit the Campus Information System (Web Banner) and follow these instructions:

  1. Enter your ID Number and PIN
  2. Click "Personal Information"
  3. Click "SUNY Brockport NetID Information and Password Reset"
  4. Your Brockport NetID will be displayed along with a link for changing your password. After you have set up your Brockport e-mail account, you may access Webmail on the utility navigation bar located at the top of our Web site.

Logging on to the Campus Information System (Web Banner):

Your Banner ID Number is the nine digit number (beginning with 800) given to you by Undergraduate Admissions during your application process. Your initial PIN is your birthdate (if we have your date of birth on record) in the form of MMDDYY.

Please continue to visit Brockport Bound for updates as you complete the enrollment process. If you have questions, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions or the office indicated on the page you are viewing.
