The department's mission is to improve, develop, and manage interdisciplinary
art programs, and to facilitate the exploration of the uniqueness
and mutual relation of the arts, as well as their relationship
to other disciplines. The department will initiate aesthetic
education programs for school children, college students, and
community members.
The department also organizes music concerts and Brockport Chorus.
The department manages Arts for Children, Art History, Arts Management,
