Preferred Qualifications:
Serves as confidential assistant to the campus President. Duties typically
include such activities as: preparing confidential/sensitive data analysis for
special reports, projects and presentation for the President; coordinating special
events with various campus institutional service units (e.g. commencement, faculty
convocations, etc.); coordinating faculty appointment processes, status changes
and related transactions; overseeing the President's calendar, meetings and other
activities related to campus, community and professional organization involvement.
Bachelor's degree and one
to three years experience in an executive office environment, preferably in
higher education.
