Positions within this family are concerned with the formulation and development of an active alumni affairs program with which to promote an understanding and support of the campus by its alumni.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree with
one (1) to three (3) years experience in a public relations or volunteer association
field.

Professional Title Specifications (Alpha)
Serves as the assistant to
the Director of Alumni Affairs. Assists the Director in establishing goals, policies
and procedures for the General Alumni Association. Typical responsibilities include
but are not limited to: arranging and setting agenda for meetings with alumni;
attending various alumni events; serving as liaison on alumni visits to campus;
serving as contact for various alumni clubs, writing correspondence for mass distribution;
maintaining biographical information on alumni. Performs other duties as required.
