Function/Meaning of Title File Columns
CS CODE:
The first seven-digits
represent the Civil Service title code number. SUNY System Administration assigns
the seven-digit code for NU-08 and NU-13 employees while Civil Service still
assigns seven-digit codes for classified titles. This seven-digit title code
is used to classify positions and appoint employees in HRMS and in processing
payrolls. It is the "key" title identifier.
