Present: Katy Wilson, Michael Fox, Leah Barrett, Dave Mihalyov, Jose Maliekal, Janie Hinds, Mike Andriatch, Dawn Jones, Jeff Lashbrook, Jennifer St. John, Sara Kelly, Alissa Gee, Karen Riotto

Middle States Monitoring Report Update

  • Sent to President and Cabinet for review.

Relationship with College-Wide Committees Document

  • Approved by President’s Cabinet.

Strategic Plan Progress Report

  • Reviewed evidence collected by the IEAC subcommittees to create the Progress Report on the Strategic Plan 2011-16. A summary of evidence was provided in the Progress Report narrative. The summary and related evidence, found in FileCity, was reviewed for each college goal and comments were developed.

  • Members reviewed and commented with the following questions in mind:
    1. Is there missing data?
    2. Is there inaccurate information?
    3. Does the summary reflect the evidence?
    4. Assessment of Resources - is there a need, or is there evidence to provide additional investment? Or on the flip side, should dollars be re-allocated away from the goal b/c priorities should change?
    5. Does the evidence suggest a re-prioritization of the goal?
    6. Has the College invested in the goals and ensured advancement of the key performance indicators/global outcomes?
  • Additional meeting scheduled to complete the review/comment of the Strategic Plan Progress Report.

Strategic Plan Progress Report
