An incident is defined by an interruption in services. For example, your computer will not boot. To create an incident, go to the Brockport Service Catalog and click on “Other Services.” You will then see an option to report an issue.

Enter whom the request is for and who is making the request. Select the level of impact for the incident – is the incident only effecting you, members of your office, or members of an entire building? Then, click submit.
