What You’ll Learn
The marketing minor helps students become informed consumers and broadens their business learning to apply in other disciplines
Students have ample opportunity to put theory into practice through the upper level electives. Experiential learning is built into several of the marketing courses including market research projects and developing marketing plans for regional businesses.

Curriculum
Students will be able to choose from a wide variety of upper level electives including: consumer behavior, marketing research, sales management, international marketing, supply chain management, integrated marketing communications, and business to business marketing.

Career Outlook
The BS in Marketing program prepares students for entry-level positions in market research, product management, sales and sales management, public relations, retail management, advertising, non-profit marketing, and promotions. Graduates are also prepared to pursue graduate degrees in marketing or business.
