Admission to the Program

This graduate program is available to students who hold relevant undergraduate degrees, other than physical education, and wish to pursue a career in athletic administration. Such careers include but are not limited to:

  • College athletics
  • Semi-pro and professional sport
  • Youth sport

  • PES 692 Budgeting and Finance in Sport
  • PES 791 Internship in Athletic Administration
  • Elective *

* For students doing a synthesis project, and with consultation with their advisor, have the option of taking one course either in the department or outside the department to satisfy this requirement and complete 30 hours
