What You’ll Learn

The Exercise Science Major is one of only 18 programs in the country that is both accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) and endorsed by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

In the Exercise Science program, you'll gain a detailed understanding of the physiological responses to exercise. You'll have both academic and active learning experiences that will teach you to design and implement exercise programs for a wide breadth of populations.
